What billing services do you provide?
MED FIRST will manage the entire billing process for you. Once we receive the bills from you, we will enter charges, bill primary and secondary insurance carriers, balance bill patients, post deposits and adjustments, and provide you with customized monthly reports. We have the ability to process the billing both electronically and on paper.
What medical specialties do you bill for?
We are available to bill for almost all out-patient medical practices and ambulatory surgery centers. We can handle any medical specialty that files claims on a HCFA or UB-04.
What kind of reporting do you provide?
We can provide you with customized, detailed reports on a monthly basis, including monthly summary reports, practice analysis of charges and payments, insurance aging, transaction journals, and bank deposit sheets.
How much are your fees?
Our fees are simple. We charge a percentage of monthly gross receipts. Therefore, we are motivated to collect as much money as possible for you. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.
